SEA provides a 30 minute FREE consultation over Zoom. This consultation is to see if our services meet your needs and to explain how advocacy services work. We cannot provide advice on individual cases without file reviews.

Workshops and Training

Workshops and training sessions are be provided in the areas of Special Education, Title IX and Title VI, intersectionality in education as well as Family Preparedness Planning for immigrant families facing potential separation through immigration enforcement actions.
Workshops can be provided online via Zoom or in person depending on your needs.

Records Review

SEA will review your child's entire school and special education file and provide a report as well as recommendations.
Price quoted individually based on the density of the file.
SEA also offers individual IEP Clinic appointments where an advocate will review your child's current IEP or 504 document and most recent assessment. The advocate will provide a 1 hr 30 min Zoom to review the findings, provide recommendations and answer questions.

Full Advocacy Services

IEP, 504 or SST meeting attendance, communication with district and school site, record summary, state and/or federal complaints, discipline meetings including expulsion, attendance panel meetings, parent addendums, parent/student support and education and more.
SEA does not attend Due Process but will prepare your Due Process case for an attorney.
